Every church age believer (CAB) is a soldier in the Lord’s army in the Angelic Conflict (A/C) in the Church Age. A soldier on active duty:

(2 Tim.2:3-4) “Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that [with this purpose in mind] he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier”.
