The devil’s goal is to get the Church Age Believer (CAB) to switch from God’s Directive Will to some distorted view and thus surrendering themselves to do the devil’s will rather than God’s.

Every church age believer (CAB) is a soldier in the Lord’s army in the Angelic Conflict (A/C) in the Church Age. A soldier on active duty:

(2 Tim.2:3-4) “Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that [with this purpose in mind] he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier”.
