Course 112 - Positional Truth (Part 1) Lesson 1

Positional Truth is a doctrinal term coined by R.B.Thieme Jr. to describe the transfer of the unbeliever’s position in Adam to the believer’s position in Jesus Christ by means of grace salvation (positional sanctification).

“For in Adam (the unbeliever's position) all die so also in Christ (the believer's position) all shall be made alive” (1 Cor.15:22).

Personal faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ transfers the unbeliever from a position in Adam to a new position in the Jesus Christ (1 Cor.15:1-4; Rom.1:16; Eph.2:8-9).
