Course 122 - Divine Forgiveness (Part 1) Lesson 1

God acquits and declares righteous those who believe that Jesus Christ died for their sins, was buried and raised the third day to deliver them from the judicial guilt of Adam’s Original Sin (AOS) (Rom.3:30).

Justification doesn’t make the believer Righteous, that is Imputation (2 Cor.5: 21), but rather it declares him Righteousness on the basis of the Judicial Acquittal.
