Course 113 - Positional Truth (Part 2) - Lesson 1

Doctrine of Sanctification. The Hebrew word (qadash) and the Greek noun (hagios) and the verb (hagiozo) all equal Sanctification.

The root meaning of these words is to purify and set something aside for God’s use.

(Ex 13:2) set aside (sanctify) all first born, both man and beast in Israel for me.

The first born of man and animals were separated out for God’s use.
