Spiritual growth is a process of a believer maturing from a stage of baby on milk doctrines to an adult on meat doctrines.

Paul determined learning and believing as essential to spiritual growth development (2 Tim.3:14).

The inhale and exhale applies to both baby milk doctrines and adult meat doctrines.
